Collective Agreement Negotiations: Negotiations with Bell to renew our collective agreement will ‘officially’ get underway later this summer, with an initial meeting to exchange starting proposals scheduled for mid-August, and additional meeting dates scheduled in August and into September. Further updates will be provided as we move along in the process.
At the negotiating table for TEAM, will be:

As usual, TEAM will be communicating with members throughout the bargaining process. While the majority of communications will come like this one, via a memo to your work address, there may be occasions where TEAM will need to communicate to the membership outside of company assets. To that end, we are asking members to please provide your personal email address to the TEAM office. Also, please let us know if you would prefer to receive all bargaining communications to your personal email address.
Take-A-Break: As a reminder, Winnipeg Take-A-Break events are happening next week. If you haven’t already done so, please RSVP by clicking the link below for the session you would like to attend. TEAM started the Take-A-Break events in 2011 as a way for members to get out of the workplace, take a break and connect with each other.
We have received a few questions on what to expect this year for the events. At the Osborne location, members can choose from a hot dog, smokie, or burger, with chips and a drink. Baileys is a come and go event with a variety of finger foods, appetizers and soft drinks being provided.
