Although we were aware through departure reporting that a number of members left the company on June 24th, we’ve now received the final results from Bell on the recent downsizing and EVRTIP. Bell targeted up to 31 positions in IT for reduction. In total, 60 applications were received and 33 were approved. Of the 33 approved applications, 28 were from IT, with 25 coming from incumbents of targeted positions. There were no redeployments as a result of this EVRTIP and there will be no layoffs. Thank you to all of the members who provided information and status updates to our office throughout this process.
