ARTICLE 17 – SCHEDULE OF WAGES

17.01 The Schedule of Wages as set forth in the attached Appendices shall form part of this Agreement.
17.02

First Year:  Effective February 20, 2025, 2.5% will be applied to Appendices B and C.

$500 lump sum payment (pensionable earnings) to all TEAM members on the Bell Canada payroll effective the  date of ratification.

17.03 Effective January 1, 2026, a 2.00% general wage increase will be applied to Appendices B and C.
17.04 Second Year:  Effective February 20, 2026, 2.25% will be applied to Appendices B and C.
17.05 Third Year:  Effective February 20, 2027, 2.25% will be applied to Appendices B and C.
17.06 Fourth Year:  Effective February 20, 2028, 2.0% will be applied to Appendices B and C.
17.07 There shall be no roll back of wages during the life of the Collective Agreement unless otherwise agreed to by the parties.
