ARTICLE 3 – UNION DUES
| 3.01 | In accordance with Section 70, Part 1 of the Canada Labour Code, the Company agrees to deduct from the salary of individuals covered by this Agreement, whether or not the individual is a member of the Union, an amount of the regular bi-weekly Union dues, as determined by the Union, and remit the amount to the Union forthwith. |
| 3.02 | The Union shall indemnify and save harmless the Company, from any losses, damages, costs, liabilities or expenses suffered or sustained by the Company as a result of any such deduction or deductions from payrolls. |
