LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING
RETROACTIVE PAYMENT OF WAGES
Within a reasonable period of time following the date of the ratification of the new Collective Agreement, retroactive compensation to February 20, 2022 shall be applied to the payment of regular wages and overtime, at the new wage rates as set out in the Appendices of the new Collective Agreement to those employees who are on staff as of the date of ratification of the new Collective Agreement.
